The Champagne Assembly: Champagne in Black and White

Champagnes G.H. Mumm and Perrier-Jouët hosted the second Champagne Assembly on 27 January 2012, following the award-winning first event at the end of 2010.
The day once again featured a series of expert lectures, workshops and tastings, all lending a fresh perspective to Champagne and the wider world of luxury.
Held at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, it was a forum for guests including journalists, sommeliers, wine buyers, chefs, hoteliers and restaurateurs.
This year’s theme, Champagne in Black & White, evoked the Pinot Noir of G.H. Mumm and the Chardonnay of Perrier-Jouët.
